This automatic coating machine is specifically designed for coating products such as dough-coated peanuts, flavored coffees, nuts, sunflower seeds, and similar items with precise digital control.
The system features a base product supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to the PLC-controlled weigh scale. Accurately measured batches are then fed to the coating chamber where rotation carries the base product to the chamber wall.
Solutions are introduced via a positive displacement pump to a high-speed spinning disc liquid applicator, while powders are delivered through a Uni-spense dry ingredient distributor in alternating cycles. Cycle times are adjustable based on product type and number of ingredients.
Precise control of batch size and delivery of liquid and powder ingredients ensures consistent quality and coating uniformity for finished products.
